1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bnajee platform and all of its services. "bnajee", "we", "our" and "platform" refer to all web services of bnajee. "Member", "you" or "user" refers to any person registered on the platform.

bnajee is a secure and reliable online casino and sports betting platform. We are committed to providing entertainment to all our members in an honest, transparent and responsible environment.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. If incorrect information is provided, bnajee has the right to close the account and forfeit the balance. The following documents may be requested for identity verification:

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the bnajee platform is ৳100. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited — the deposit account must be registered in the member's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

3.3 Transaction Verification

bnajee reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual transactions. In cases of fraud, money laundering or suspicious activity, we may suspend withdrawals and notify the relevant authorities.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to legitimately earned and verified accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address, device or household is prohibited.
• bnajee reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the offer details — once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

4.4 VIP Cashback

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Cricket and Sports Betting

bnajee offers live betting on international cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments. The outcome of all bets will be determined based on the official results of the relevant sports governing body.

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with bnajee's own rules.
• bnajee reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors.
• Confirmed bets placed before odds changes generally stand — however, bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may be voided.

5.2 Casino Games

bnajee offers a variety of games including slots, live casino and fishing games. All games operate on fair and verifiable algorithms. If a connection is lost during a game, the round is generally completed according to the auto-play settings.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bnajee platform:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software
• Placing opposing bets to circumvent bonus terms (arbitrage betting)
• Playing or placing bets using another person's account
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes

10 Account Closure and Forfeiture

bnajee may close an account and forfeit the balance without any notice in the following cases:

• Providing false or fraudulent information
• Multiple accounts found
• Proven violation or abuse of bonus terms
• Proven use of bots or automated software
• Evidence of any form of fraud or illegal activity
• Proven to be a minor or ineligible person
